Within the scope of the master planning and design as the 1st phase of the project, which started in December 2023, it was aimed to transform the Istanbul office from 2 floors to 1 single floor, leave the lower floor and completely renew the upper floor in terms of functionality and aesthetics.
The most critical target was to relocate the 24-people conference room, furniture storage, reception lobby, executive offices, and IT server room from one floor to another.
To achieve this goal, the retained floor had to be replanned through functional revisions, restructuring of internal partitions, and shifting of internal departments and workstation groups throughout the office, inluding all necessary MEP infrastructure reconfiguration.
The office environment was developed and reshaped in line with current needs and project goals, while preserving the end-user experiences that were shaped as a reflection of the global work culture.
Corporate authorities and business directors from different disciplines located in the Netherlands, USA, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, India and Türkiye came together as a single team and implemented the long-term restructuring project in two phases, design and construction, using the open book contract method.
The project, which lasted 18 months in total, was completed on time within the budget estimated in the initial phase and met, even exceeded user expectations. A completely renovated office has been created that meets current spatial needs of the local team, provides motivation and energy, and keeps the corporate brand and work culture alive.
