The existing Istanbul office, located in the Maçka Residences & Offices Facility designed by Armani and managed by Kempinski in the city center, had been decided to be upgraded as per new operational needs. The new office project process was started by renting a larger floor in the same building.
New office environment consists of different sub-office areas for different luxury brands. Either specifically dedicated or common meeting rooms, a central breakout area serving also as an event center with seating platforms and fully equipped audio visual systems, multiple receptions and a panoramic shaped long facade glazing facing the bosphorus are the clear privileges of the interior.
As a result of a seamless collaboration of Dubai, Paris, Bellevue and Istanbul teams, the project has been completed via design -bid-build methodology on time, to budget.
