A rightsizing & optimisation project was developed by Microsoft for its Ankara Office located at the Cyberpark Technology Valley inside the Bilkent University, in order to provide a more efficient workplace in accordance with the current hybrid working programmes and to fully meet updated business targets.
An innovative workplace of integration, enhancing the user’s experience through out Microsoft 's corporate culture, has been created by restructuring the basic workplace functions, architectural layout, overall MEP, Audio Visual and Security systems.
A highly collaborative “one team” approach and interaction was applied in seamless coordination with all leadership team, business managers, facility group, consultants, landlord teams, architects and contractors to bring the desired expertise to every aspect of the project, while successfully tackling an extremely challenging work schedule.
Rightsizing project was also intended to house multiple work groups whose needs will change over time. A breadth of ideas and solutions to manage both current-state and future change was part of the strategic planning. Collaborative team interaction achieved understanding of local culture and expectation, and demonstrated a forward looking approach to social needs and a comprehensive approach to responsible planning and construction.
