The Zynga Istanbul Office, located in Acıbadem, Istanbul accommodates 77 software engineering professionals focused on game development.
Based on the working policy updates, local management team needed to reconfigure the physical structure, functional capacities and architectural elements of the office space, as well as MEP infrastructures, Audio Visual set ups and furnitures.
The design and build renovation project involved creating four new meeting rooms, one new restroom, increasing the workstation capacity in the open office area, establishing new storage spaces, lighting system updates, furniture improvements, upgrading works of data and audio visual technologies.
Since the office was operational in routine activities during normal working hours on all weekdays, field implementation work was carried out during the night shift and on weekends.
The project was completed without any disruption to the ongoing active work environment, strictly adhering to health and safety regulations throughout the construction process.
Based on the open-book methodology, our scope of services covered master planning, detailed design, composing the sub-contractor teams, making up the project budget, on-site construction coordination, micro management, test & commissioning, final account studies and project handover.
