Following the successful completion of the design and construction project, which consisted of completely demolishing and rebuilding the headquarters office in Yapı Kredi Plaza from scratch, the Standard Chartered team needed a new satellite office that complied with their corporate norms.
The scope of work for these projects included the following :
Office Refurbishment: Complete refurbishment of the main office, including interior design, furniture installation, and IT infrastructure setup.
Hubroom Renovation: Renovation of the hubroom to enhance its functionality and aesthetics, including the installation of new equipment and systems.
Temporary Office Relocation: Relocation of office operations to a temporary location, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.

Project team were based in London and Istanbul. We opened a Design & Build Tender in the local market for the refurbishment of headquarters office and we moved forward with an open book contract for satellite office applications planned for temporary use.
